The room was immaculate, with thorough cleaning every time we returned, and the staff went above and beyond with their friendly, attentive service. I especially appreciated the on-site laundry facility with a dryer—huge plus for business travelers who need to keep their clothes fresh. I stayed at Mia Sen VONG Hotel in Hanoi and overall had a positive experience—great location, just a short metro ride from the city center. Also, even though the minibar was charged, there was no menu provided—no way to know what was available or how much things cost. It made using the service frustrating.
