We booked during the week, but unexpectedly found the hotel fully booked that day, leaving only double rooms available. We even wanted to extend our stay by one more night, but unfortunately, the next day was also completely full—really disappointing! Still, the room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. There are plenty of dining options right downstairs, and across the street, you’ll find a 7-Eleven and a Cosme store—super convenient for snacks or essentials. The location and service make it worth returning. My only advice? Book early—don’t wait until the last minute, especially if you’re planning a weekend or midweek trip!

From check-in to luggage storage and even the housekeeping staff at checkout, everyone went above and beyond with their warm, polite service. The room was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and honestly hard to find any flaws—except for one faulty USB-C charging port, but that’s a tiny detail in an otherwise flawless experience. What truly made it special was the front desk’s willingness to accommodate a late checkout, which gave me so much more time to enjoy the city without rushing. Truly grateful for this thoughtful touch. This hotel exceeded all expectations—definitely a place I’ll return to.

The room itself is spotless and comfortable, and I slept like a baby. The jacuzzi tub is spacious, and the steam room made for a truly relaxing experience after a long day. Breakfast is served as a set menu with both Chinese and Western options, and if you're still hungry, they’ll happily provide free add-ons. Overall, this place offers amazing value for money. Across the street is a convenience store—perfect for late-night snacks or essentials. The hotel offers self-check-in, which is hassle-free and saves time. Overall, this place delivers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Taipei.
