I especially want to highlight the amazing service from front desk staff member Xiao Di. From check-in onwards, she was warm, patient, and incredibly helpful—offering detailed insights on hotel amenities and nearby attractions. As a solo traveler, her attention made me feel truly cared for. Any request I had was addressed quickly and thoughtfully. The quiet atmosphere made it easy to unwind and sleep soundly—no noise disturbances at all. This stay truly exceeded expectations. If you're visiting Urumqi, this is definitely a top choice. Staying at Urumqi Mingyuan New Era Hotel was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable—the mattress was just the right balance of soft and supportive, making for a restful night's sleep. I was especially impressed by the excellent soundproofing; no noise from neighboring rooms or the hallway at all. The large TV and built-in lounge chair made movie nights absolutely relaxing—perfect for someone who loves unwinding with some screen time. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, offering great local recommendations for dining and shopping nearby. Check-out was quick and smooth, which is always a plus. Bonus points for the bathtub in the room—nothing beats soaking after a long day exploring the city. Located right next to a major shopping center, everything you need is within walking distance, including the regional museum. With its convenient location, thoughtful amenities, and warm hospitality, this hotel is definitely worth recommending. I’ll be coming back.
