The room itself was fantastic: modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning kept things cool and comfortable, which made a huge difference in the desert climate. Located in a peaceful area with easy access to nearby restaurants and business amenities, it’s also just a short ride from the city center. Our team appreciated the quiet, professional atmosphere that made working and relaxing both enjoyable. For a business stay in Jeddah, this hotel delivers exceptional value and comfort—definitely a top choice for future trips.

The property is absolutely stunning. I stayed in one of the apartments, which was spacious and immaculately clean—truly exceeded my expectations. Everything I needed was just a short Uber ride away, making exploration effortless. The staff were consistently attentive and professional, adding to the excellent experience. The only minor hiccup was the name confusion: on the booking platform, it’s listed as "The Apartments," but it’s actually part of the Intercontinental Jeddah complex—just one building within a larger development. This caused some issues with the taxi driver who struggled to locate us, costing us extra time. Despite that, the overall stay was fantastic. The location, comfort, and service are top-notch. I’d still give this place a solid 5-star rating without hesitation.

It's perfect for unwinding or working in a quiet, classy setting. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this hotel delivers exceptional value and hospitality. Beach Time Villas Hotel
The location of Beach Time Villas Hotel was excellent—easy to access and close to everything we needed. However, the actual experience fell far short of expectations. The photos on the website were misleading; they mostly showcased deluxe villas, but the one we stayed in looked outdated and poorly maintained. It felt like it hadn’t been renovated in years. Despite multiple calls requesting cleaning and repairs, only one service visit occurred during our five-day stay. The air conditioning was extremely loud, and the room had a strong cigarette smell. Furniture showed visible burn marks from cigarettes, and there were no proper cutlery—just two paper cups provided. The sink was clogged, and despite reporting it, it remained unfixed. We also received only one hanger per person, had to call again for more (and still only got three), and toilet paper was never replaced. Customer service was unresponsive and indifferent. Overall, the quality didn’t match the price, and I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort or value.

Just a short walk to metro stations, shopping malls, restaurants, and major tourist attractions. The area buzzes with energy, especially at night—local street food stalls and vibrant atmosphere make it feel like you're right in the middle of city life. Despite being so central, the hotel remains peaceful and well-maintained. From the moment we walked in, the air conditioning was already on, and the room was spotless and comfortable. The bed was super cozy—couldn’t resist taking a nap after checking in! Excellent value for money, great service, and an unbeatable location. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Jeddah!

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making the experience feel welcoming. While I did have a bit of trouble with the taxi driver finding the address, the location is actually very accessible once you know the exact landmarks—like near Al-Nezha Medical Clinic or close to the intersection of Hura Street and Sixty Street. A small suggestion: adding updated contact details or clearer directions on Google Maps would make it much easier for future guests. Overall, an excellent value for money, clean, comfortable, and well-positioned. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jeddah.

The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with a clean, fresh feel throughout. The staff is consistently polite and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. One thing to note: rooms facing the street can be noisy due to traffic, so if you're sensitive to sound, go for an interior room. Despite that small issue, the overall experience is excellent. Great value, great location, and reliable comfort—definitely my top choice in Jeddah.
