Even though the hotel has been open for ten years, everything feels fresh and well-maintained. The public areas are spotless, and the room itself had elegant decor with modern touches—every corner looked pristine, clearly cared for by a dedicated maintenance team. Breakfast was excellent: a great mix of Western and local flavors, including authentic Sichuan dishes like mapo tofu and kung pao chicken that brought the city’s taste right to my plate. I didn’t get a chance to visit the iconic 27th-floor bar this time, but the fourth-floor lounge was just as inviting—great ambiance, friendly staff, and a bartender who actually listened when my friend said a cocktail wasn’t quite to his liking.
