The hotel has clearly been recently renovated—everything is brand new, from the furnishings to the bathroom fixtures, and the overall ambiance feels luxurious and modern. It’s located just steps away from the subway, making it super convenient for exploring Berlin. Great value, great location, and perfect for families or groups looking for comfort and convenience.

Free bottled water wasn’t handed out automatically; instead, you had to hang a sign outside your door to request housekeeping. We stayed four nights and only received two bottles after two cleanings, so it’s important to know that you need to signal your request. On the upside, the hotel offers on-site parking at 30€ per day—convenient, though pricey. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and English communication flowed smoothly. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: right next to a Chinese supermarket, several authentic Chinese and Italian restaurants, plus a variety of local eateries and shopping centers. There’s even a 24-hour McDonald’s nearby, and the Christmas market is just steps away. Walking to the TV Tower takes about 9.5 km—perfect for a relaxed stroll along the way, passing by the Museum Island and other landmarks. Driving there is faster, but finding parking near major attractions can be a real challenge. Overall, despite minor quirks, this stay was highly satisfying. Great value, excellent service, and a prime location make this hotel a top pick for anyone visiting Berlin.
