We stayed here as a family of three, and it was the perfect choice! The room was spacious, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable family trip—especially great for kids. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail made us feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering local tips and directions that made exploring the city easy. We initially booked just a few days, but when we realized how much we loved it—especially during the National Day holiday period—we were disappointed to find out the hotel was fully booked for the remaining days. We had to switch to another place last minute. That said, this experience only confirms that we’ll definitely book here again on our next visit to St. Petersburg. It’s not just convenient—it’s truly special.

The hotel offers a great value stay in a convenient location just steps from the metro and local amenities. While the heating could be stronger—especially during colder days—and I was hesitant to use the bathroom due to concerns about drafts, everything else was impressive. The room was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were genuinely helpful and friendly. It’s easy to find, even if you're unfamiliar with the area, and the overall vibe is cozy and welcoming. If you’re budget-conscious and looking for a comfortable base in St. Petersburg, this place is definitely worth considering. Just pack an extra sweater—it’ll make your stay much more enjoyable.

This was our first visit to Saint Petersburg with a young child, and we couldn't have asked for a better start. The hotel's location is excellent—just a short walk from the metro and close to everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially when they saw we had a little one with us—they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was quiet, clean, and well-maintained, which made it easy for the whole family to relax and get a good night’s sleep. We left with nothing but positive memories and a strong desire to come back. Truly a standout stay! Thanks for such a wonderful experience!

Staying at Fortune Inn Hotel was a pleasant surprise! While it’s not your typical business hotel, it has a cozy, homely vibe that feels more like a charming boutique stay. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with clean, well-maintained rooms and a great location just a short metro ride from the city center. I loved how close it was to local cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores—perfect for exploring on foot. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall value for money was excellent. If you’re looking for something more authentic and less corporate than a chain hotel, this place is a must-try. Highly recommend for travelers wanting a genuine St. Petersburg experience.

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip to St. Petersburg, and I chose it mainly for the convenient location—just a short walk from the metro. The room was clean, not overly spacious but more than enough for a single traveler. I appreciated having access to a well-maintained washing machine, which I used a few times during my stay. There's also a small kitchenette with a multi-cooker and a microwave—perfect for preparing simple meals when you don't want to go out. The only minor hiccup was finding the entrance at first, but the front desk staff quickly guided me and even greeted me warmly. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. If I ever return to St. Petersburg on a work trip, I’ll definitely book here again.

Staying at this little gem was a real highlight of my trip to St. Petersburg! Each floor has its own Wi-Fi network, and the connection is strong and reliable—no dead zones or dropped signals. The best part? The microwave is available 24/7, perfect for warming up meals late at night or early in the morning. It's incredibly convenient, especially if you're traveling light. The location is unbeatable—just a 10-minute walk to the Sphinxes, and about 20–30 minutes on foot to both the Mariinsky Theatre and the Hermitage Museum. Everything you need is within walking distance: cafes, grocery stores, and public transport. I loved how central it felt without being noisy or crowded. For the price, this hotel offers excellent value and comfort. I’ll definitely be back.

Staying at 338 Na Mira Hotel exceeded all my expectations! I was looking for a budget-friendly option, and this place delivered incredible value for the price. The location is perfect—just one metro stop from Nevsky Prospekt, with a quiet neighborhood full of cafes and small shops nearby. My room was spotless, featuring blackout curtains, a hairdryer, and even a shoe dryer—such thoughtful touches! Common areas had complimentary tea, coffee, filtered water, kitchenware, and a microwave, making it easy to prepare light meals. They also provided an iron and ironing board, which came in handy during my trip. Everything was clean, including the bathroom, with soap, shampoo, and shower gel supplied. Plus, slippers were waiting in the room—very welcoming. The only minor downside is that if neighboring guests are loud, you might hear them through the walls, but overall, it’s a rare gem in terms of comfort and service. I’m already planning my next visit here and will definitely recommend it to friends.

This hotel truly delivers exceptional value for money. The rooms have undergone a stunning, stylish renovation that really elevates the overall experience—clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The staff are genuinely warm and attentive, going above and beyond to accommodate guest requests. The front desk team stands out as particularly excellent—professional, helpful, and always ready to assist with everything from souvenirs and guided tours, to airport transfers, ticket bookings, and even visa support. Breakfast feels like home-cooked meals: varied daily options including porridge, scrambled eggs, sausages, pasta, rustic potatoes, mashed potatoes, cutlets, meatballs, fresh salads, juices, milk, tea, and coffee—all delicious and high quality. The dining area is a bit small, but it’s easy to avoid crowding by choosing quieter times. Location-wise, it’s incredibly convenient—right next to a bus stop and just two metro stops away, with several cafes, restaurants, and a 'Producty' grocery store nearby. A big plus: accessible rooms and wheelchair-friendly entry. Inside the room, you’ll find a TV, kettle, tea/coffee supplies, toiletries, and more—everything you’d need. Special shoutout to the housekeeping team—they’re thorough, efficient, and never intrusive. I’m genuinely impressed and hope the hotel maintains this consistently high standard. Thank you for such a wonderful stay—I’ll definitely be back.

I stayed at this hotel in Saint Petersburg, located in a historic building once owned by the Benois family, but I can’t recommend it—despite the architectural charm, the service and basic hospitality were severely lacking. Upon arrival, I was scolded for checking in one hour earlier than the approximate time I’d indicated on the form (which clearly stated 'around' a certain time), even though I arrived well within front desk hours. The receptionist seemed annoyed that I disrupted her plans to leave early, which felt incredibly unprofessional. The mattress in my room was old, sagging, and painful—my back hurt throughout the entire week, and I woke up multiple times each night. For someone just seeking a decent place to sleep, this hotel completely failed the most fundamental requirement. Towels were tiny—barely enough for your body, let alone your head—and the toiletries (shampoo and shower gel) were sold separately for 100 rubles, which felt outrageous. Breakfast was so minimal it wasn’t worth mentioning; if you overslept, you’d lose nothing. Throughout my stay, I had to call the concierge three times just to get back into the building—each time, I was interrogated as if I might be an intruder. But the worst moment came during check-out. I’d arranged to leave my luggage until 3 PM, but when I returned at 4 PM, the concierge refused to let me enter the lobby, claiming it was a private residence and I couldn’t wait inside. With temperatures dropping to -20°C, she told me to ‘go for a walk’ while waiting for the owner. I refused and kept calling the intercom, pleading to be allowed in to collect my bag and make my train. She then threatened to call police, accusing me of ‘hooliganism’ for trying to retrieve my belongings during business hours. I had no choice but to call the police myself. They arrived, took my statement, and only then was I finally admitted. Once inside, I waited another 7–10 minutes at the door before the same manager who’d supposedly ‘left’ opened up—she immediately screamed at me for arriving at ‘inconvenient’ 4 PM, berating me harshly. Later, I overheard the concierge asking the manager why she’d ‘let me go’ instead of holding me back. I still don’t understand how or why she could legally detain me. Fortunately, the police were there to protect my rights. This experience left me deeply disappointed—not just in the hotel, but in the idea that such places still exist. Please avoid this property.

Staying at Residence on Gorkovskaya was an absolute delight! The mini-apartment is cozy and thoughtfully designed—everything you need is provided. We grabbed groceries just around the corner at Dixy and cooked our own meals, which was super convenient. The only minor oversight? No salt in the kitchen—though we figured it’d be a nice touch for the next guest. We did notice that the key pickup location was elsewhere, about a 7-minute walk away, but that was totally manageable. What made it even better? The room came with tea bags already, and to our surprise, we found extra green tea and candies tucked away on the office windowsill—snuck a few for ourselves, and it lasted us a full week! Everything was spotless, well-maintained, no odd smells or loose fixtures. Daily cleaning service, plus a hairdryer and heater included—very thoughtful. Our only disappointment was requesting early check-in, which wasn’t possible, so we had to wander around St. Petersburg from 6 a.m. until 2 p.m. But honestly, the city’s charm made it worth it—great for walking, and we even booked a canal tour right away to pass the time. Overall, this place exceeded expectations. Clean, welcoming, and full of little surprises. I’ll definitely be back!

Stayed at Life Space apartment with my daughter for five wonderful days. The location couldn’t be better—just a 5-minute walk to Gor'kovskaya metro station, and the Peter and Paul Fortress is within easy reach on foot. There are plenty of shops, cafes, and green spaces nearby, making daily life super convenient. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable with soft lighting, and the mattresses were firm and supportive—perfect for a good night’s sleep. A working air conditioner kept things cool, and the kitchen was fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, gas stove, cookware, kettle, tea, and coffee—ideal for preparing meals. We had no issues with bathroom availability; there were enough facilities for all guests, and no queues ever formed. The host couple, Roman and Maria, were incredibly welcoming and helpful—they answered every question with warmth and care. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. This place offers excellent value and comfort. I highly recommend it without hesitation.

Staying at Artbox Hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming—always proactive in communication and ready to assist with anything I needed. The location is perfect: just a short walk from public transit and surrounded by great shopping spots, restaurants, and attractions. I could easily explore the city without hassle. The room itself was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, with attention to every little detail. It felt like a cozy urban retreat. For the quality and convenience, the value for money is outstanding. I’d definitely book here again on my next trip to St. Petersburg—highly recommend!
