Staying at the AT&T Hotel & Conference Center located right on the University of Texas at Austin campus was a wonderful experience. The quiet, peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a true retreat, yet everything I needed was just a short walk away—dining spots, shopping areas, and popular attractions were all easily accessible. The location is unbeatable, nestled in the heart of campus with plenty of greenery and a calm vibe. Parking costs $21, which is a bit steep, but given how convenient the spot is and how close it is to everything, it's totally justified. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations—highly recommend for anyone visiting Austin, especially students, travelers, or business guests looking for a serene yet central base.

Staying at Moxy Austin - University was a fantastic experience! The location is perfect if you're visiting Austin—walking distance to campus, local cafes, and downtown. The room is cozy and thoughtfully designed with modern touches, and it's spotless. I loved the free coffee station and mini-fridge in the room—small perks that made a big difference. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. It’s an excellent choice for travelers who want style, comfort, and value without the luxury price tag. The pool area is absolutely fantastic—relaxing, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding. We’ve been coming back to Hotel Ella ever since we could travel again after the pandemic, and it still feels like home. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. It's clear they take pride in their service. Cleanliness, convenience, and hospitality all hit top marks. This hotel offers fantastic value and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Austin.

I stayed at The Otis Hotel Austin, Autograph Collection during a conference in downtown Austin, and the experience was outstanding. The exterior looks unassuming, but stepping into the lobby reveals a popular local bar that’s packed every evening—great vibe and lively atmosphere. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic: two complimentary main dishes, a dessert, and free beverages (available only with breakfast-inclusive room rates). Portions were generous—so much so I couldn’t finish everything. The views at night are spectacular—direct sightlines to the downtown skyline, plus a rooftop pool and lounge with expansive, open-air vistas. It’s perfect for unwinding after a long day. Cleanliness and overall ambiance were top-notch. The only minor downside? No toothbrush or toothpaste provided—had to pick them up at front desk—and the toothbrush felt a bit rough in quality. Still, these small details don’t take away from an excellent stay. Highly recommend for business travelers or anyone looking for a stylish, well-located spot in Austin.

The breakfast buffet offered a great variety—fresh fruit, local pastries, eggs, and coffee that tasted like it came from a café, not a hotel kitchen. What really stood out was the attention to detail and genuine hospitality. Every interaction felt personal, not rushed. If you're visiting Austin, especially near the university area, this is a top-tier choice. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to friends.

A perfect family getaway! This resort is stunning and spacious, with plenty of room for kids to explore and play. The mini-golf course was a big hit, and the nightly s'mores by the firepit added such a cozy, fun touch—our kids loved it. The pools (indoor and outdoor) were great, and there’s ample space for little ones to run around without feeling cramped. One thing to note: the property has multiple levels connected by steps—sometimes two or even five steps between areas—so stroller access can be tricky if you're traveling with young kids. That said, the staff was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. From check-in to checkout, every interaction felt warm and seamless. Overall, an outstanding stay with top-notch service and a truly relaxing atmosphere. Definitely coming back!
