Staying at The Siam was one of those rare hotel experiences that truly feels like stepping into a living story. Nestled along the Chao Phraya River, this hidden gem has its own private dock and vintage riverboat service—each ride along the water is pure magic, especially during sunset when the sky turns golden and the city lights begin to sparkle. The dining spot, ChonThai Restaurant, is housed in a century-old teakwood building with a rich history, once welcoming icons like Rockefeller and Jackie Kennedy. The entire property is a masterpiece in black and white—minimalist yet deeply artistic, from the antique furnishings to the intricate hand-carved woodwork. Every corner feels intentional, like walking through a beautifully curated museum or a scene from a dreamy film. The central water feature, surrounded by lush banana leaves and natural light play, creates an enchanting jungle oasis that’s both serene and surreal. Unlike cookie-cutter chain hotels, The Siam offers something truly unique: intimacy, authenticity, and soul. It’s not just a place to stay—it’s an experience you’ll remember long after you leave.

We've visited Bangkok four times now, and this resort has been our go-to choice every single time. The room is spacious—perfect for long stays with plenty of room to unpack everything. There's a dedicated workspace, the atmosphere is quiet, the beds are super comfortable, and the cotton bedding feels luxurious. Everything is spotlessly clean—the towels are always crisp white and fresh. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the housekeeping team? Absolutely charming. Friendly smiles from everyone! Just steps away from a 7-11, and right next to it is a little café that serves amazing food—cool, air-conditioned, and packed with flavour. Their grilled fish, Tom Yum, and Tom Kha are top-notch. It’s only a 12-minute walk to Ramada 9 BTS station, and there’s also a bus stop nearby with lots of routes. Super convenient for getting around the city. This place offers comfort, cleanliness, and great value—definitely a standout stay that we’ll return to again.

I've stayed here multiple times, and each visit has been fantastic! The room was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly matched the price—great value. Right outside the entrance, there's a lively night food scene with so many stalls—it’s hard to decide what to try! While taxis don’t pass by often, the staff are incredibly helpful—they can easily book a ride through an app for you. Super convenient and friendly service. Overall, this place offers excellent comfort and convenience at a great price. Definitely coming back!
