When we checked out early at 6 AM, they had already prepared two large sandwiches for us to take to the airport, even though breakfast didn’t start until 9. That little extra touch made such a difference. Enjoying breakfast each morning, I loved watching the fish swim calmly in the aquarium—it’s incredibly soothing and adds a calming vibe to the space. They also provide standard-sized 300g mugs for tea and coffee—a small but appreciated detail often missing in hotels. We stayed on the second floor and had a gorgeous balcony with a jacuzzi. The open areas are fully covered with mesh screens, so zero insects got in—huge win for us! Just press the cleaning button and your room gets tidied after lunchtime. Hot water runs in the sink too—very convenient. The TV set-top box lets you stream YouTube in your own language, and the Wi-Fi connects seamlessly across all devices with no password needed. We opted for taxis instead of the hotel transfer service, which worked perfectly fine. Nearby, Queen’s Park is a hidden gem—worth a visit if you’re looking for green space near the metro. A minor downside? The closet came with used reusable slippers, which we didn’t use since we prefer going barefoot. It would’ve been better if they offered disposable ones or just kept them out of sight. Also, while the aquarium looked a bit dirty at first glance, I reminded myself that compared to the state of many oceans today, it might actually be quite clean—so maybe it’s not as bad as it seemed! Lastly, the sandwiches were a bit messy—the sauce leaked during transport and ruined them before we reached the airport. Next time, could they please serve them without sauce? This was my second stay at this hotel, and this time I booked it for my parents. I upgraded from a superior room to a deluxe room by adding 500 THB, mainly because they wanted a balcony for smoking. The room was on the third floor with a view that wasn’t particularly scenic, but overall, I still felt satisfied. The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around Bangkok via the BTS or MRT, and there are plenty of local eateries nearby. The hotel is clean, staff are friendly, and the atmosphere feels welcoming. It’s a great value for money, and I’d definitely recommend it to others.

Overall, this place offers comfort, convenience, and a friendly vibe. I’d definitely stay here again.

We wanted to go out for dinner, but no taxis would allow pets, so we reluctantly left our furry companions at the villa. When we returned, my dog had somehow torn off the bottom door panel and escaped. Panic set in—I was overwhelmed, scared, and completely lost in the unfamiliar neighborhood. I couldn’t stop crying, shouting my dog’s name through the quiet alleyway. Thankfully, neighbors heard me and came down in droves—over twenty people joined the search effort. My husband contacted the host, who immediately showed up, shared photos on the community group, and helped coordinate. Within two hours, someone reported seeing the dog at their home. A crowd of kind strangers followed me to meet them—and there it was, my little one safe and sound. I broke down in tears again, so grateful I could finally hold him. The host even pulled security footage to confirm the timeline and direction of the escape. The next day, when I mentioned wanting to go out again, the hosts surprised me by riding their motorcycle over 20 minutes just to stay with the dog, take photos, play outside, and only left after we returned late at night. The room itself was comfortable with good water pressure in the shower and decent mattresses—two pillows per bed is a nice touch. While some furnishings felt a bit dated, it’s expected for the price point, and we didn’t mind at all. The pool area is pure magic—luxurious lounge chairs, a poolside bar, and a serene atmosphere that feels more like a resort than a downtown hotel. Even though we were in the heart of Bangkok, the room was quiet thanks to the peaceful alleyway setting and excellent soundproofing. Mosquito nets on the windows kept bugs away completely. Breakfast was fantastic—fresh eggs, omelets, toast, pancakes, cereal with milk, Thai chicken dishes, juices, tea, and coffee—all delicious and plentiful. We’d absolutely choose this hotel again without hesitation.
