The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and consistent quality, and the service was just as welcoming and attentive as before. What stands out most is the incredible value for money—despite the name change, the experience remains top-notch. It’s rare to find such consistency and affordability in a hotel, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Jeddah.

Breakfast on the 6th floor is a highlight: spacious, with an open view of the surrounding area, making morning meals feel special. There’s also a laundry facility in the next building—perfect for freshening up after Umrah and packing your things before heading home. The King Fahad Fountain is just at the end of the street, and I highly recommend visiting right after Maghrib when the lights come on—it’s breathtaking. I used the platform to get around town, and it was reliable and easy. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. A top choice if you're exploring Jeddah.

Staying at Hotel Hoor Park was a mixed experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help, especially with meal times—very thoughtful. However, I requested housekeeping early in the morning and still hadn’t seen anyone by 4 PM, which was frustrating. Trying to get shampoo felt like chasing a mirage—none available anywhere. The pool, which heats up to 48°C, closes at 5 PM, which is quite early for such a hot climate. It would’ve been great if it stayed open later. While the hotel’s quiet location and overall ambiance are appealing, service consistency needs improvement. A few small upgrades in responsiveness and facilities could really boost the guest experience. Overall, decent for a quick stop, but not without room for growth.
