The elevator was completely out of order, and the Wi-Fi was practically unusable. I canceled my booking and expected a refund, but they never processed it. I tried reaching out via phone and email multiple times, but received no response whatsoever. The staff was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to guest concerns. Overall, the service and facilities were far below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and would not consider staying here again.

Staying at Hotel Hoor Park was a mixed experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help, especially with meal times—very thoughtful. However, I requested housekeeping early in the morning and still hadn’t seen anyone by 4 PM, which was frustrating. Trying to get shampoo felt like chasing a mirage—none available anywhere. The pool, which heats up to 48°C, closes at 5 PM, which is quite early for such a hot climate. It would’ve been great if it stayed open later. While the hotel’s quiet location and overall ambiance are appealing, service consistency needs improvement. A few small upgrades in responsiveness and facilities could really boost the guest experience. Overall, decent for a quick stop, but not without room for growth.
