I had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Villa Resort & Beachclub Langkawi from September 15th to 19th, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience from start to finish. This stay at Casa del Mar Langkawi was absolutely perfect from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming—cool towels and a refreshing welcome drink made the check-in experience feel special right away. Our room (Encina) was on ground level, which was ideal for quick access to both the pool and the beach, and it had a lovely, airy vibe with just the right amount of privacy. The little touches really stood out—the daily replenishment of roasted peanuts and cookies in the room was such a thoughtful gesture, and the complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks available throughout the day in the lounge were a real plus. We never had to worry about running out, and it was nice to have something simple and comforting whenever we wanted. The location was fantastic too—just a short walk from shops and local spots, so we didn’t need to drive anywhere for essentials or souvenirs. And then there’s the food: breakfast was a highlight! We tried everything—from fluffy pancakes and hot oatmeal to savory chicken wraps and crispy French toast. But the real star? The quesadillas—perfectly grilled, loaded with flavor, and absolutely delicious. What truly made this place unforgettable was the staff. They were warm, attentive, and always ready to help without being overbearing. It felt like they genuinely cared about our comfort and enjoyment. With top-tier service, excellent food, a great location, and a peaceful, inviting atmosphere, Casa del Mar Langkawi is more than just a hotel—it’s a true gem. Right across the street is a lively night market, and there are several great cafes nearby—all within easy walking distance. The value for money is outstanding. We’d definitely return here again. The Inapan Aishah Motel is a decent option for a quiet stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, making it a good choice for families looking to relax without the crowds. While it’s a bit far from Chenang Beach, it’s still accessible with a short drive or local transport—perfect if you prefer a more peaceful atmosphere away from the touristy spots. There are nearby convenience stores and small eateries, so daily needs aren’t an issue. The only downside is the distance to the beach, but overall, it offers solid value for money, especially for those prioritizing comfort and simplicity over location.

First time visiting Langkawi, and I stumbled upon this charming countryside villa almost by chance—what a pleasant surprise! The owner was incredibly welcoming, helping with luggage and offering helpful tips about nearby attractions. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with a cozy, simple design that made it feel like a true retreat. The bed was comfortable, and I slept so well. Breakfast was basic—just some bread, fruit, and coffee—but fresh and satisfying for a quiet morning. While it’s not close to the city center, the hotel offers free shuttle service, which made getting around hassle-free. Perfect for travelers looking to unwind in a peaceful setting away from the crowds. Highly recommend this hidden gem—it’s a real value for money and definitely a place I’d return to.

Staying at Limasan Villa Langkawi was an absolute dream! The moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a serene, beautifully designed space that felt like our own private retreat. Just a short walk from the beach, we enjoyed morning strolls and sunset views without needing to travel far. Getting around was super easy—Grab rides were quick and affordable, making it simple to explore the island. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always attentive and friendly. We spent three unforgettable days with friends, laughing, relaxing, and soaking in the tropical vibe. From the peaceful ambiance to the thoughtful touches, every detail contributed to an amazing experience. This place isn’t just a hotel—it’s a memory in the making. I’d come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, beauty, and genuine warmth in Langkawi.

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The wires were hanging loose from behind and beside the bed—multiple cords, not just a few. It was a real safety hazard. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, stained and worn thin. All the fixtures were completely worn out and falling apart. Breakfast? Just a bunch of unidentifiable gruel-like dishes—I couldn’t even recognize half the items. It was so bad we left the dining area immediately and went out to eat elsewhere. We ended up searching for another place, booking it right away, and checked out the same day. This property shouldn’t be operating at all. It needs full renovation—or better yet, closure. I genuinely feel sorry for the staff who have to work in such conditions. Please, don’t go here. It’s not worth it.
