The next morning, James answered our call at the front desk and sincerely apologized. He explained that the repair couldn’t be done until the following day, but then Zoe and Jillian stepped in with exceptional care—they quickly arranged a room transfer to a more comfortable suite with fully functioning AC. Their professionalism, empathy, and prompt action made all the difference. Despite the initial hiccup, the team’s dedication turned what could’ve been a frustrating experience into a memorable one. We had an amazing time exploring the resort and enjoyed every moment. This level of guest care is rare, and we’re already planning our return visit.
