He explained that the repair couldn’t be done until the following day, but then Zoe and Jillian stepped in with exceptional care—they quickly arranged a room transfer to a more comfortable suite with fully functioning AC. Their professionalism, empathy, and prompt action made all the difference. Despite the initial hiccup, the team’s dedication turned what could’ve been a frustrating experience into a memorable one.
