This is my second stay at this hotel, and honestly, I’ll choose it again whenever I need a convenient airport hotel in Miami. The location is perfect—just a short walk or quick shuttle ride to the airport, which makes early flights stress-free. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. Staff are friendly and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. It’s not just about proximity to the airport—it’s the overall quality that stands out. For anyone traveling through Miami, this is a top choice, and I’ll definitely be back.

The stay was extremely disappointing. The bed sheets were visibly dirty and had hair scattered all over them, which was really off-putting. The bathroom rug was even worse—there were nail clippings embedded in the fabric. The walls and baseboards were covered in grime, giving the impression that the unit hadn't been properly cleaned between guests. To make matters worse, one of the beds collapsed on the first night, making it unsafe to sleep on. While the location is convenient for airport access and public transit, the overall cleanliness and maintenance are unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone looking for a decent, hygienic place to stay. Poor value for money, and definitely not worth the price.

The fridge wasn’t working when we arrived, and we didn’t notice right away. The next day, we had to throw out a chicken we’d bought because it had been sitting at room temperature the whole time—definitely not safe or acceptable. When I reached out to the manager for a refund or discount, they refused outright and insisted the fridge was functioning properly, yet never came to check it. I tried calling multiple times, but they wouldn’t even speak to me directly—had to go through layers of staff, which felt extremely dismissive and disrespectful. This level of customer service is unacceptable. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. I won’t be staying here again.

What really stood out was the free shuttle service to the airport, running every hour—so convenient and stress-free when heading to or from flights. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, great value, excellent location, and ideal for travelers who want flexibility and convenience. I’d definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay after a cruise and before a morning flight. We were lucky to check in at 10:30 AM, which gave us plenty of time to freshen up and relax. The free shuttle to the airport is a huge plus—no stress, no hassle. Best part? You can use the pool at the neighboring Courtyard hotel, just across the parking lot. It’s quiet, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding. Great location, friendly staff, and excellent value. Definitely recommend this place if you’re connecting through Miami Airport.
