The hotel needs significant improvement in cleanliness. While the location is convenient and close to public transit, the room hygiene was disappointing. The bedding looked questionable, and there was a faint musty smell in the bathroom. These issues definitely affect the overall guest experience. However, the price is reasonable for the area, making it a decent option if the cleaning standards were upgraded. With better maintenance and attention to sanitation, this could be a much more appealing choice for travelers.

The Casablanca Hotel Jeddah exceeded my expectations in every way. Located just a short walk from the metro, it’s incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable—perfect for a good night’s sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. What really stood out was the excellent value for money; you get a premium experience without the premium price tag. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next trip to Jeddah.

I especially want to thank the front desk staff for their exceptional service—always friendly, professional, and eager to help. Their warm hospitality made a big difference in making the trip feel seamless. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the metro station, which made getting around Jeddah so convenient. For the quality, price, and overall experience, this hotel offers outstanding value. I’ll definitely be returning.

Staying at Lamar Al Bawadi Hotel was an absolute delight. The property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a fresh, welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The rooms are spacious, modern, and spotless—every detail shows care and attention. Location-wise, it’s super convenient: just a short ride to downtown Jeddah, the airport, and nearby shopping areas. Staying at OYO 636 Ram Jeddah Serviced Apartment was a fantastic experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk from major attractions and easily accessible via public transit. The room was clean, spacious, and well-furnished with everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchenette and private bathroom. It felt more like a home away from home than a typical hotel. What stood out the most was the value for money—great quality at a very affordable price. The staff were friendly and helpful, even offering a small welcome gift upon check-in. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely book again on my next trip to Jeddah and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great value.

Staying at Dar Al Wedad Hotel was a fantastic experience overall. The location is excellent—just a short metro ride from downtown and surrounded by great dining options and convenience stores. The room was clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly comfortable despite its simple design. The air conditioning worked perfectly, making it easy to sleep soundly through the night. What really stood out was the staff—they were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to help with transportation arrangements. I appreciated the personal touch. With such a great balance of quality and value, it’s no surprise this hotel scores 9 out of 10. Definitely my top choice for future trips to Jeddah.

This was by far the most disappointing hotel I've stayed in Saudi Arabia. The moment I walked into the room, a strong musty smell hit me immediately—overwhelming and unpleasant. The carpet was dry, dark, almost like hardened concrete, which made the whole experience even worse. I mentioned the odor to the staff, and all they did was spray a bottle of air freshener briefly and walk away. Within half an hour, the moldy smell returned, stronger than before. To cope, I ended up smoking a few cigarettes just to mask it, but it didn’t help much. I barely slept a full night and left the hotel as soon as possible the next morning. Honestly, I regret spending money on this place—definitely not worth it if you value comfort and cleanliness. Avoid this hotel if you want a decent stay.

早知道環境會這麼差,真係唔值得咁多錢(每晚約325人民幣)。窗簾破舊得嚇人,衣柜仲有損壞,連牙膏、牙刷甚至梳子都冇提供,實在太離譜。整體質素同收費完全唔對等,性價比低到極點。如果帶小朋友住,絕對唔建議,唔好浪費時間同金錢。希望平台可以改善一下基本設施,否則真係難以吸引客人再來。「},{

The hotel is beautifully located, just a short distance from everything I needed—restaurants, shops, and even the airport. It's incredibly convenient for travelers looking to minimize transit time. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making the experience feel welcoming. While I did have a bit of trouble with the taxi driver finding the address, the location is actually very accessible once you know the exact landmarks—like near Al-Nezha Medical Clinic or close to the intersection of Hura Street and Sixty Street. A small suggestion: adding updated contact details or clearer directions on Google Maps would make it much easier for future guests. Overall, an excellent value for money, clean, comfortable, and well-positioned. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jeddah.

I've stayed here multiple times and keep coming back—this hotel truly delivers. It's incredibly close to the exhibition center, making travel super convenient whether you're commuting by metro or heading out for business or sightseeing. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with a clean, fresh feel throughout. The staff is consistently polite and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. One thing to note: rooms facing the street can be noisy due to traffic, so if you're sensitive to sound, go for an interior room. Despite that small issue, the overall experience is excellent. Great value, great location, and reliable comfort—definitely my top choice in Jeddah.

My stay at WOW Residence | Primotel Suites As Salamah was really positive overall. The room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had a modern, comfortable layout. The only minor issue was the low water pressure in the shower—water flow was quite weak—but it didn’t significantly affect my experience. The location is convenient, just a short walk from local amenities, and getting around town via public transit is easy. Great value for money, and I’d definitely recommend this property to travelers looking for a quiet, clean, and hassle-free base in Jeddah.

We needed a short stay in Jeddah for our family of four during a transit, and after hearing great things from friends familiar with the hotel, we decided to give it a try. We weren’t disappointed—this brand-new property is located in a quiet residential area just a 10-minute drive from King Abdulaziz International Airport and the Haramain Railway Station (in light traffic). Check-in was smooth and efficient, and walking into our room was a real treat: spacious, immaculately clean, and stylishly modern. The kitchenette was a huge plus for us as a family, and the bathroom had ample space with high-quality amenities. Beds were incredibly comfortable, with soft pillows that made for a restful night’s sleep. There was plenty of closet space, though we did notice there wasn’t an in-room safe—though one was available at the front desk if needed. Location-wise, it’s perfect: close to grocery stores and restaurants, many of which really come alive after evening prayer. If you’d prefer not to go out, you can easily order food in-house through a local delivery service—just ask reception. We tried the hotel’s in-house restaurant and loved their milkshakes, authentic Arabic coffee, and delicious desserts. Unfortunately, we missed breakfast due to our early departure, but I’m confident they can accommodate requests if asked in advance. Just be mindful that occasional language barriers may lead to small misunderstandings—patience goes a long way. For transportation, Uber is far more reliable than local taxis, which can sometimes overcharge. Keep in mind that traffic in Jeddah can extend travel times unexpectedly, so plan accordingly. While front-desk service could use a bit more training, the manager personally stepped in to ensure our stay was flawless—his genuine care and dedication truly stood out. That level of attention made all the difference. In fact, we ended up staying an extra night before leaving Saudi Arabia because we loved it so much. Don’t judge this hotel by its exterior—it’s a hidden gem. Inside, it’s well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and delivers an exceptional experience. Thank you for such a memorable and welcoming stay—we’ll definitely be back soon!
