And don't even get me started on the food scene nearby—there's an amazing variety of local Uyghur dishes and street eats within steps of the hotel. When it was our turn, the agent was calm, patient, and explained every detail clearly with genuine care. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with everything I needed. Around midday, just before check-out, a staff member passed by and kindly asked if I needed a tote bag to carry my belongings—such a thoughtful touch! Even though the rate was slightly higher than other options I’d seen, the service quality made it totally worth it. They even gave me some great local food recommendations, and my friends and I went out for dinner that night—delicious and authentic. I especially want to highlight the amazing service from Kelmis at the front desk—her professionalism and kindness made the whole experience special. If you’re visiting Ürümqi, don’t miss this gem!

The location is incredibly easy to find—right across from the north gate of Xinjiang Normal University. Since it's an academic exchange center, most guests are teachers, so when I checked in, the front desk staff immediately greeted me as "Teacher"—it felt warm and personal. The room was well-arranged, comfortable, and offered excellent value for money, making it a perfect choice for business travelers. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, ideal for a good night’s sleep after a long day. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and getting to downtown Urumqi by metro is quick and convenient. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations—10 out of 10 without hesitation.
