I can't recommend Best Wish Art Hotel in Ürümqi enough! The moment I arrived, the front desk staff, Xiao Ma, made me feel right at home with exceptional service. I checked in earlier than expected and my room wasn’t ready yet—but instead of waiting, he immediately upgraded me to a larger, more comfortable room at no extra cost. The space was spacious, the bed incredibly cozy, and the whole atmosphere felt luxurious and welcoming. For business travelers like me, this is the perfect stay. And the breakfast? Absolutely outstanding—high-quality, delicious, and beautifully presented. Every bite was satisfying. From check-in to checkout, everything was seamless. This hotel offers incredible value and comfort. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ürümqi.

They even gave me some great local food recommendations, and my friends and I went out for dinner that night—delicious and authentic.
