Booked online, and the host was incredibly warm and welcoming. When there was a room mix-up upon check-in, she handled everything with great patience and made sure I was settled comfortably—really appreciated that. The unit itself has a fresh, unique interior design that feels both modern and cozy. Large floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light, making the space feel airy and bright. It’s equipped with a washing machine and induction cooker—perfect for self-catering. Cleanliness is top-notch, and all essentials are provided. Honestly, the overall experience surpassed many mid-range hotels I’ve stayed at. Great value, excellent service, and a really pleasant atmosphere. Definitely planning to come back. They even gave me some great local food recommendations, and my friends and I went out for dinner that night—delicious and authentic. Since it's an academic exchange center, most guests are teachers, so when I checked in, the front desk staff immediately greeted me as "Teacher"—it felt warm and personal. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, ideal for a good night’s sleep after a long day. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and getting to downtown Urumqi by metro is quick and convenient. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations—10 out of 10 without hesitation.
