It’s rare to find such genuine care and attention to detail. Beyond just a comfortable place to sleep, staying here felt like being welcomed into a warm, personal home. The hospitality, cleanliness, and overall experience are top-notch. This isn’t just a great value—it’s a heartfelt stay from a truly remarkable host.

The room has a stylish Instagram-worthy design with a great layout, and everything feels thoughtfully arranged. I loved having a clothes drying rack, a fridge in the room, and most importantly, the sofa converts into a bed—such a lifesaver when traveling with little ones. Compared to other places I’ve stayed before (which were more expensive), this one actually includes essentials like a fridge and a convertible sofa, while others just had regular seating. The value for money is outstanding, and the comfort level is top-notch. Definitely my go-to hotel in Urumqi from now on!

Although check-in was busy and the lobby was full of guests, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming—they asked us to take a seat while they attended to others. When it was our turn, the agent was calm, patient, and explained every detail clearly with genuine care. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with everything I needed. Around midday, just before check-out, a staff member passed by and kindly asked if I needed a tote bag to carry my belongings—such a thoughtful touch! Even though the rate was slightly higher than other options I’d seen, the service quality made it totally worth it. They even gave me some great local food recommendations, and my friends and I went out for dinner that night—delicious and authentic.
