The lobby on the 6th floor is spacious and stylishly designed, giving off a modern, welcoming vibe from the moment you walk in. What really stood out? The front desk staff—warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. I’d mentioned in my reservation that I needed an extra blanket, and they proactively confirmed it had already been delivered to my room before I even arrived. That kind of proactive service is rare—most hotels make you ask twice, then wait around for it. My room was generously sized, with a view of the high-speed trains slowly pulling into the station. Amazing scenery, yet completely quiet—no noise at all. The bedding was comfortable, and the shower even had a built-in seat, which made rinsing off after a long day so much more relaxing. There are plenty of trendy cafes and bars around, making it ideal for a casual night out or a relaxed morning coffee. The hotel itself has a cool, modern vibe with clean lines and stylish touches. Hot water in the bathroom worked perfectly, and the air conditioning kept things comfortable all night. Room cleanliness was excellent—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. One little highlight: the floor lighting makes moving around at night easy and safe. The only minor downside is that the hairdryer area and sink lights are a bit dim, which made makeup application slightly tricky.
