Located right near lots of great dining options, there’s also a convenient supermarket just downstairs. We were given a family-friendly room with one queen bed and one single bed—the only hotel on our entire trip to offer such a setup, which made things so much easier for us with kids. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. By the last day, I really regretted not booking this hotel directly instead of the neighboring chain hotel we ended up with—it was more expensive and nowhere near as good. If you’re visiting Urumqi, make sure to give this one a try. It truly stands out.

Every winter, I ask about them—only to be told they're not available. A few basic snow scrapers cost no more than $20, and I'm not asking for a full-service car wash like at luxury hotels. Just having a few brushes on hand would make a big difference for guests who need to clear snow from their vehicles. Investing around $200 to stock ten brushes would solve this issue completely. It's such a small improvement with a big impact on guest convenience. I hope the team considers adding them—small gesture, big appreciation.
