When we had trouble hailing a ride to Safari World, concierge Atip stepped in without hesitation, helped coordinate the pickup, and even arranged the car for us—truly lifesaving! I was also pleasantly surprised to meet Yumi, one of the hotel’s Chinese-speaking team members. She’s warm, approachable, and always ready to lend a hand or share a friendly chat. From start to finish, the service was thoughtful, personal, and genuinely welcoming. This place exceeded expectations—highly recommend for families, solo travelers, or anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of local warmth.
