The outdoor pool wasn’t open due to the cold weather, but that made sense given the temperature—there’s no point swimming when it’s freezing outside. Check-in was incredibly fast—literally took just five minutes thanks to the efficient front desk team. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and amenities exceeded expectations. A fantastic choice if you're looking for a peaceful, well-maintained retreat in Sochi.

Staying at this apartment-hotel was a delightful surprise! Located just steps from the beach, the sound of waves at night is incredibly soothing—especially when the wind picks up and the ocean roars gently in the background. Perfect for families, the layout is practical and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen that made cooking a breeze. I appreciated not having to rely on restaurants every meal. The area is lively but not overwhelming, with plenty of nearby accommodations and quiet bars for evening drinks. Across the street is a restaurant called pro-xuhkyli, which serves buns similar to Chinese-style ones—tasty and worth trying! With its unbeatable location, peaceful atmosphere, and great value, this place easily earns a 10/10. I’d definitely come back.

Staying at Sochi VIP House was an absolute delight! The host was incredibly welcoming—helped carry our luggage to the room and even allowed us to check in early despite the room not being ready yet. We were able to rest after a long journey, which was such a relief. The room itself was cozy, spotlessly clean, and full of warmth. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—right next to the theater and museum, perfect for exploring on foot. Just a short walk away is a fantastic restaurant called «Baran Rapant»—the food was delicious, the service friendly, and the atmosphere really inviting. Everything about this place felt authentic and well cared for. If you're visiting Sochi, this is definitely a top choice. Highly recommend!

Staying at Metropol Apartments for the second time was an absolute delight! The location is perfect—just a short 10-minute walk to the beach and close to everything downtown Sochi has to offer. Our apartment on the 16th floor had breathtaking views of the Black Sea and the Denar Garden, making every morning and evening truly special. The 17th-floor amenities are impressive: a sparkling pool, a stylish photo zone, and cozy relaxation areas—all with stunning panoramic views. The modern interior is well-designed and fully equipped, offering comfort and convenience throughout. The staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality, making us feel right at home. It’s clear they care about guest experience. I’d highly recommend this place—definitely planning to return soon!

Stayed in the top-floor room with a balcony and amazing city views—definitely worth it! The apartment was spotless and well-equipped: great shower, cooking stove, fridge, kettle, microwave, washing machine, and a full set of kitchenware and dining essentials. It felt like home. The property itself is small, but just a 5-minute walk away is the pool at Neolit Senator hotel—be sure to check with reception about access. Also, it's only about 10 minutes on foot to Albatsos Beach (up and down), making beach trips super convenient. Everything was perfect—the location, the comfort, the vibe. Thanks for such a relaxing getaway!
Sonata Hotel
We stayed at Sonata Hotel in August 2024, and while the cleanliness was excellent—with daily housekeeping—it was disappointing to experience such poor service upon arrival. The hotel is very close to the beach and just a short walk from the electric train station, making it convenient for exploring Sochi. However, when we arrived early and had already coordinated with the front desk, the security guard refused to let us in and even tried to escort us out with our child. It felt extremely unwelcoming, especially after paying extra for early check-in. The manager who eventually arrived didn’t offer any apology, which left us feeling upset and frustrated. Our mood remained low throughout the stay, despite the clean rooms and pleasant seaside walks that helped lift spirits. To our dismay, the same unfriendly staff member was there again during check-out, repeating the same cold attitude. While the location and cleanliness were positives, the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy made the experience unpleasant. We won’t be returning—no matter how free the offer. For the price, guests deserve better than being treated like intruders.

The sanatorium is beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained—our room was cozy and spotless, making it a relaxing retreat for everyone. The property is spacious, perfect for families—we rented a baby playpen and bikes through the platform, plus scooters for the kids. There’s plenty of room to walk around, explore, and let the children run freely. We noticed several guests who’ve been coming back year after year, which speaks volumes about the quality. Location is great—easy access to nearby spots and activities. Overall, this place offers fantastic value and a stress-free vacation experience. Highly recommended for families!

We came to Sochi for our spring break and spent a while searching for a room that could comfortably accommodate two kids at a reasonable price. The family room was perfect! It’s ideal for children under 10—slightly tight if they’re older, but still very functional. What stood out was the private fenced area with security cameras—great peace of mind while the kids played safely outdoors. I loved relaxing with a coffee on the covered green terrace, just enjoying the quiet atmosphere. The location is super close to the beach, which is a big plus—even though we couldn’t swim in April, we already know exactly where we’ll stay next time. The whole experience was excellent, and I highly recommend Sunrise Guest House for families looking for comfort, safety, and great value.

I stayed at this property recently and honestly, the experience was quite disappointing. While it's conveniently located near the beach and close to public transit, major changes since the new management took over have significantly impacted service quality. The free beach towels and umbrellas are now available only for rent—something that used to be included. Cleaning frequency has dropped drastically: instead of daily housekeeping, it’s now once a week or every five to six days. Trash isn’t collected daily either, which becomes uncomfortable in hot weather. Bed linen is changed only once weekly—unlike before when it happened more frequently, even if they weren’t fully soiled. The glass-paned doors in the hallway let light through if not dimmed properly at night, making it hard to sleep. Unfortunately, staff don’t monitor this, so guests must get up themselves to fix it—disrupting rest. Noise levels are terrible; neighbors can be loud, and there’s almost no soundproofing. I also had issues with outdated plumbing—workers came to fix the shower and toilet, but one left water spilled and damaged the floor, and nobody cleaned up afterward. I stopped calling after that, as the toilet flush still didn’t work by the end of my stay. Check-in was also awkward, with some unpleasant moments upfront. On the bright side, internet speed has improved noticeably. That said, unless you're here strictly for business on a short trip, I wouldn’t recommend this place for vacation stays. The price may seem low compared to nearby hotels, but the service simply doesn’t match the cost.

The staff were friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about guest experience. It’s one of those rare places you visit once and immediately want to return. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a true sense of place in Sochi, this hotel delivers everything—and then some.

We stayed at Delsochi Guest House from October 21st to 31st with our entire family, and it was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality by Akop Gevorkyevich, Eduard, and Valeria—every staff member truly made us feel at home. What surprised us most was how centrally located the property is, yet it feels like a peaceful tropical oasis, far removed from typical city chaos. The grounds are lush with vibrant greenery and blooming flowers, and there’s a year-round heated pool with crystal-clear water—perfect for relaxing anytime. We enjoyed the common area with a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue zone, a little pet corner with fish and turtles, and two incredibly sweet dogs who added so much joy to our stay. There’s also a charming fountain and a small waterfall—tiny details that make the experience magical. We initially stayed in a luxury room packed with all the comforts: washing machine, microwave, fridge, AC, TV, and a full kitchen setup with dishes—so much convenience we almost extended our stay! Unfortunately, we had to move to another room when the luxury unit was booked by incoming guests. But honestly, the standard room was just as comfortable—same amenities, except the washer and microwave were shared in the hallway. We weren’t disappointed at all! Every room was spotless, with crisp white linens and fluffy towels—a thoughtful touch from Valeria. The entire property is cleaned daily, keeping everything fresh and inviting. The staff are attentive, respectful, and always ready to help with any request or question. By the time we left, we felt completely refreshed, filled with joyful memories and lasting impressions. If you're visiting Sochi, don’t even think twice—book Delsochi Guest House. It’s not just a place to stay; it’s an experience you’ll remember forever.
