The service and room quality were outstanding, even better than other Ibis locations I've stayed at. Honestly, I'm not sure why it stands out so much, but it felt like a half-step above the rest. Special shoutout to Mohannad at reception—he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went the extra mile with every request. Whether it was local tips or check-in assistance, he made everything smooth. The location is also convenient for getting around town, and the value for money is excellent. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Jeddah.

I can't give this hotel anything less than a perfect score—but only if you upgrade to the higher room type. If you're traveling for business, this is an absolute must-try. The room comes with a fridge, washing machine, and microwave, which makes cooking your own meals incredibly convenient. When local food doesn’t suit your taste, just order Chinese takeout, bring it back, chill it in the fridge, and reheat it in the microwave the next day—still tasty and so much more cost-effective. I especially appreciate that the living area and bedroom are separated, giving great privacy and a more spacious feel. The kitchenette setup is practical and well thought out. Plus, it's super easy to get around town via metro. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, and staying here feels like home away from home. Highly recommended for business travelers or anyone who values comfort and convenience.
