This was our first trip to Tianjin with two young kids, and staying at Pan Pacific Tianjin exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly—our children received a cute New Year gift charm at the entrance. The room upgrade to executive level was a delightful surprise, offering plenty of space and comfort for our family. On day one, we were just settling in, but by day two, we truly appreciated how well-located this hotel is. Walking along the Haihe River was effortless—just a short stroll to the iconic Tianjin Eye, with scenic views the whole way. Taxis to popular attractions cost only around 10–15 RMB each, making exploration super affordable and convenient. Back at the hotel, housekeeping went above and beyond—the room was spotless, and they even provided thoughtful baby essentials. A handwritten note with care tips made the stay feel personal and warm. Traveling with little ones can be stressful, but this hotel made it so much easier. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality really stood out. We’re already planning to return—truly a standout experience.

There are plenty of restaurants, clinics, and bus stops nearby, so everything is super convenient. The room was spotless, with excellent cleanliness and fully equipped amenities. In addition to standard toiletries, they provided coffee, fruit tea, bottled water, and more—everything you could need. I also ordered takeout, and a robot delivered it straight to my door—super cool and efficient. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. If you're visiting Tianjin, I highly recommend this hotel—you won’t be disappointed!

The bedding was comfortable, and I slept incredibly well—no noise disturbance at all, even though it's near the Haiguang Temple metro station. That’s rare for a city location! The neighborhood is convenient for exploring Tianjin’s main attractions, and everything from dining to shopping is just a short walk away. Excellent value for money, and I’d definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Tianjin.
