I've stayed at Amaris Hotel Mampang in Jakarta multiple times, and each visit has been fantastic. The hotel consistently delivers a comfortable and stress-free experience—never disappointing. The staff are friendly and efficient, always ready to help with any request. Plus, there are plenty of local eateries and convenience stores nearby, so you're never far from food or essentials. With its great value, excellent location, and reliable service, this is hands down my top choice when visiting Jakarta. I'll definitely be back.

The property itself is quite nice and conveniently located, but I was really disappointed with the check-in policy. I arrived at 12 PM, and the room was already clean and available, yet I had to wait until 2 PM to check in. After a 10-hour train ride, I was exhausted and just wanted to rest. It felt unnecessarily strict and lacking in guest consideration. The staff could definitely show more empathy and flexibility—after all, hospitality is about making guests feel welcome, not adding stress. A simple 'we can let you in early if your room's ready' would have made a huge difference.
