That close proximity makes commuting super convenient, especially if you're exploring Jakarta on public transit. I arrived at 12 PM, and the room was already clean and available, yet I had to wait until 2 PM to check in. After a 10-hour train ride, I was exhausted and just wanted to rest. It felt unnecessarily strict and lacking in guest consideration. The staff could definitely show more empathy and flexibility—after all, hospitality is about making guests feel welcome, not adding stress. A simple 'we can let you in early if your room's ready' would have made a huge difference.
