The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed—perfect for relaxation after a long day of visiting the Haram. Breakfast was fantastic: a wide variety of options with delicious flavors, both international and local favorites. Best of all? It’s just a short walk to the Holy Mosque—so convenient for prayers or early morning visits. The location, comfort, and value truly make this hotel stand out. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. Breakfast was exceptional—plenty of options with delicious local flavors that truly stood out. Special shoutout to Azizah at the front desk; her warm hospitality made all the difference. She went above and beyond to assist us with directions and recommendations. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Gate 79 (Mataf) or Gate 78 rooftop, making access to holy sites incredibly convenient. For anyone visiting Makkah, this hotel offers comfort, service, and proximity that simply can't be beat. A truly memorable stay.

Staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Makkah Jabal Omar was an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. Its location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the holy sites of Makkah, making it ideal for pilgrims and visitors alike. There’s also a decent-sized supermarket nearby, so you can grab essentials without having to go far. I really appreciated the automatic prayer time announcements in the room—easy to adjust the volume or turn them off if needed. Even better, the room came equipped with a prayer mat and a copy of the Quran, plus a clear indicator showing the direction of the Kaaba. These thoughtful touches made my stay feel respectful and deeply comfortable. This hotel truly delivers on every level. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next visit to Makkah.

The hotel is incredibly close to the Haram, making it super convenient for pilgrims and visitors alike—just a short walk from the sacred site. Everything about this hotel felt welcoming and well-maintained. With its prime location and high standards, it’s definitely a top choice if you're visiting Mecca.
Almanar Ajyad Hotel
I strongly discourage staying at this hotel—it's infested with bed bugs, making the entire experience a nightmare. The cleanliness is extremely poor, and despite being close to the Haram, that’s the only redeeming factor. Rooms are tiny with no closets, and the dining area uses plastic plates and cutlery—very low quality. Overall, it’s a disappointing stay, and I’d give it a rating below zero.
Maather Al Jewar Hotel
My stay at Maather Al Jewar Hotel was absolutely disappointing. The air conditioning didn't work at all, making the room extremely uncomfortable and almost unbearable during the heat. The room itself was not clean—there were visible signs of neglect, and it felt like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in days. There was no luggage pickup service offered, so I had to carry my heavy bags myself through the hotel and into the room, which was very inconvenient. The front desk staff were unfriendly and unprofessional—my requests for help were ignored or met with rude attitudes. Customer service was practically nonexistent. Overall, this experience was far below expectations. For such a high-profile location in Mecca, the standard of cleanliness, comfort, and service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely not be returning.

The hotel's location is convenient, close to the Grand Mosque, and getting there by metro is straightforward. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a peaceful atmosphere make this stay memorable. Highly recommended for travelers looking for comfort and value in a central location.
