Our host welcomed us with coffee and dates, and free coffee and dates were also available in the lobby throughout the day. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged. This was one of the most enjoyable stays I’ve had, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Jeddah.

The hotel has a mixed experience. I appreciated the clean rooms and bathrooms, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The wall colors and overall decor reminded me of my childhood home back in my country—very comforting and unique. However, there were several issues that affected my stay: some door handles were broken and hard to open, the bed felt unclean (I even found a small tear under it), the air conditioning was extremely noisy, and one drawer wouldn’t open at all. These problems made the stay less enjoyable than expected. I understand hotels aren’t perfect, but with a few simple fixes—like repairing doors, cleaning beds properly, reducing AC noise, and fixing furniture—the overall experience could be much better. It’s clear there’s potential here. I hope management takes guest feedback seriously and works on improving the details. Would love to come back if things get sorted out.
