The Wizarding World of Harry Potter experience was truly immersive, far surpassing my expectations compared to what I've seen in Macau. What really stood out was the exceptional guest service: I ordered takeout and forgot to bring utensils. The front desk went above and beyond—they reached out to the restaurant outside and arranged for forks and spoons to be delivered straight to my room. That level of care made such a difference. Clean rooms, excellent location, and thoughtful staff—it’s clear this hotel values guest comfort. A perfect base for exploring Sentosa, and I’ll definitely be back.

While not all front desk staff speak fluent Chinese, their willingness to help still stands out. One moment I’ll never forget is talking to a receptionist named Jitsin about getting to Siloso Beach. He patiently explained the entire shuttle route, including transfer points and timing, with such clarity that I felt completely confident navigating on my own. Breakfast was outstanding—fresh, well-presented, and served in a beautiful setting. Overall, this stay exceeded expectations. Great value, excellent service, and a serene environment make this hotel a top pick.

A small suggestion: more coffee pods and tea options would be great—there were only four of each, so we had to keep calling for refills. Other than that, everything was excellent.
