This hotel completely exceeded my expectations! A friend recommended it, and after staying here, I totally understand why. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Sydney Opera House, Harbour Bridge, and public transit makes exploring the city so convenient. I was initially worried about the age of the building, but the room was immaculately maintained, with modern touches and excellent comfort throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive—always smiling and ready to help. I booked a king-size bed (1.8m) and appreciated that they provided an extra rollaway bed for my child, which fit perfectly and made the room feel spacious and comfortable. The surrounding area has everything you’d need—great restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and attractions all within walking distance. The only minor downside? Breakfast gets very busy on weekends, and we had to skip it due to time constraints—such a pity since the buffet looked amazing. But honestly, this didn’t take away from the overall experience. For the price, the value is outstanding, and I’ll definitely be back.

Perfect for a family getaway! We stayed in a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite that comfortably accommodated our family of four. The room was incredibly well-equipped—washing machine and dryer combo, ample closet space with plenty of hangers, a full kitchen including oven, microwave, complete cookware (pots, pans, utensils, cutting boards), and even a dishwasher. They even stocked vitamin C supplements—such a thoughtful touch for families. The lobby area is fantastic too: board games, coffee machine, and tea service make it a great spot for kids to relax while parents unwind. Location-wise, everything we needed was within walking distance—just 1.1 km to St. Mary’s Cathedral, Hyde Park, and the Australian Museum. A supermarket is about 800 meters away, perfect for grabbing fresh fruit or snacks. And during Christmas, they surprised us with candy and festive socks—so sweet and memorable! If we ever return to Sydney, this will be our top choice again.

I don’t speak English, but the translation app worked perfectly for daily communication, so no stress at all. What stood out most was the friendly front desk staff—a handsome guy who spoke fluent Chinese and went above and beyond to assist us. His kindness made the whole experience even more memorable. Every detail was thoughtfully done, from the room view to the service. I’d definitely book here again on my next trip to Sydney. A top-tier hotel with a personal touch—highly recommended!

Staying at Pier One Sydney Harbour was an absolute highlight of my trip. The location is unbeatable—right under the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge, with stunning views of the Opera House and Circular Quay just steps away. It’s a quick 20-minute walk to the Opera House, and most major attractions are within easy reach. The room had two large beds, was spotless, and offered plenty of space—perfect for a family of three. Breakfast was a nice buffet with good variety, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and even though my English wasn’t perfect, the front desk team patiently helped me and even arranged a ride. The only thing I’d mention is that my pre-authorization hold from July 16th hasn’t been released yet—still waiting as of July 20th. Could the hotel please look into this? Thanks!

Staying at Orange Stay Apartments Potts Point was a solid choice, especially for the location. The building is just steps away from King Cross Metro station, with a bus stop right outside—perfect for getting around Sydney. The area itself is vibrant, packed with diverse restaurants, local markets, and shops, making daily life super convenient. The apartment had a smart access system with magnetic key cards for both the main door and elevator. We were in a two-bedroom unit: the larger bedroom had a built-in wardrobe and a private balcony—great for relaxing. However, the second bedroom wasn’t ideal; it was separated from the living area by a partial wall that didn’t reach the ceiling, and there was only one narrow shelf for clothes. Plus, it faced a very noisy street, so we had to keep the window closed most of the time. The open-plan living-dining area included a full kitchenette, and the bathroom came with a shower. Wi-Fi was strong and reliable. Cleaning was done weekly, and while not daily, they provided essentials like toiletries, dish soap, and laundry detergent. Since there’s no front desk, we coordinated our check-in time directly with the onsite manager who gave us his contact number. For checkout, we simply left the keys inside the unit and walked out—no hassle at all. The rate was the highest among all my accommodations in Australia, but considering Sydney’s premium pricing and prime location, it felt justified. Overall, I’d recommend this place if you value convenience, great transport links, and a central base in a lively neighborhood.
