The bed was cozy, and the soundproofing worked really well—no noise from hallways or neighboring rooms, which made for a peaceful night’s sleep. The bathroom delivered consistent hot water with good pressure, which is always a plus. I also appreciated how quickly the housekeeping team responded whenever I made a request—service was prompt and attentive. Overall, Cititel Mid Valley offers great value for money with its prime location and reliable service. Whether you're here for business or leisure, it’s a solid choice.
