The location is excellent—just a short walk from the MRT station, which makes exploring the city effortless. On the ground floor, there’s ABC with three different stores offering everything you need for daily essentials, from groceries to snacks and toiletries—super convenient! Taxis are also readily available nearby, so getting around town is a breeze. Clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, this place offers great value and comfort. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting KL.

It felt like we were being charged extra for something that wasn’t mentioned or agreed upon upfront. The lack of coordination and professionalism was frustrating, especially when it came to basic guest support. As a traveler, I expect transparency and consistency across all touchpoints. This experience fell far short of that. Hope the team takes this feedback seriously and improves communication and operations so future guests don’t go through the same stress.

Even though I checked in late at 9 PM and was already hungry, there was no need to worry—there’s a 24-hour KK Mart and MyNews right on the ground floor, plus a little auntie shop open until midnight where I grabbed a quick dinner. Breakfast was super convenient too, with plenty of food options available as early as 10 AM. Grab rides and public transport are just steps away, making exploring the city easy. The host was incredibly friendly and helped me extend my stay without any extra charges—she simply adjusted the deposit, which was such a relief. The pool area is spacious and perfect for kids, with an amazing view that truly takes your breath away. Even the security staff were helpful when I got lost in the parking lot—they gave clear directions and made me feel safe. This place offers great comfort, excellent service, and unbeatable value. Highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting KL!
