We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at the Ellis Hotel, and it was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality made us feel truly special. The location is perfect—walking distance to downtown Atlanta’s best restaurants, shops, and attractions. Our king suite was spacious, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, well worth the upgrade. But what truly made the stay magical was Stacey at the front desk—she went above and beyond with her kindness and attention to detail, helping us surprise each other with thoughtful touches that made the occasion even more meaningful. The entire experience exceeded expectations. If you're looking for a memorable getaway in Atlanta, this hotel delivers on every level. We’ll definitely be back.

The hotel is absolutely stunning and I already know I’ll be coming back. It’s immaculately clean, the staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the overall vibe is top-notch. The only minor downside was that check-in takes place inside the bar/restaurant—when we arrived after 8 PM, it was packed with guests, making the process a bit slow. My advice? Get there before 5 PM if possible to avoid the rush. Despite that small hiccup, the experience was exceptional. Great location, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere—definitely a standout choice for anyone visiting Atlanta.

I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip to Atlanta and was genuinely impressed. Even though the property is undergoing a major renovation, it didn’t affect my experience at all since I was out all day attending meetings. The breakfast was excellent—classic Hampton Inn options with great quality and variety. I was upgraded to one of the newly renovated rooms on the 5th floor, and I couldn’t have been happier. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond with their friendly and helpful service—always smiling and ready to assist. It’s clear they care about guest satisfaction. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in town.
