Staying at The American Hotel Atlanta Downtown was a great experience overall. Located right in the heart of downtown, it's incredibly convenient for business travelers and tourists alike—close to major conventions, just a short drive from the airport, and surrounded by restaurants, shops, and attractions. The hotel’s on-site restaurant offers solid food quality and a pleasant atmosphere, though service can be slow due to limited staff. That said, the real downside for me was the poor room soundproofing—every noise from the hallway or next door came through loud and clear, which disrupted my sleep. Despite that, the location, comfort, and value make this a strong choice for anyone visiting Atlanta, especially if you're here for work or a quick trip. Just be prepared for some noise if you're sensitive to it.

Even though we missed Damaris, it was great connecting with Carmen—her friendly energy truly added to the experience. Perfect location for business travel, with easy access to everything we needed. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Thanks again to the whole team for another exceptional stay—we’ll be back!
