The room was spacious, and we stayed in a one-bedroom apartment unit with a fully equipped kitchen, including everything you’d need for cooking meals. Perfect for short stays or travelers who want a homey feel—our family of four stayed three nights and felt right at home. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, unlike some of the more aloof service staff I’ve experienced in Austria. Location-wise, it’s fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to Wenceslas Square and the iconic Dancing House. It takes about 25 minutes to reach the Astronomical Clock and Charles Bridge on foot, which is totally doable if you’re up for a stroll. Since we were traveling as a group of four, we mostly relied on taxis for longer distances, but that made getting around even easier. Overall, this place offered comfort, convenience, and great value—definitely a top pick for future visits to Prague.

Located in a fantastic area, just a short walk from the historic center and surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. The breakfast was average but everything else made up for it—great ambiance, clean rooms, and friendly staff. The only downside is that there’s no on-site parking, but nearby options are reasonable and accessible. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value with a wonderful location and comfortable stay. I’d definitely come back.
Wenceslas Square Lofts
Prague is absolutely magical, but our stay at this property was a major disappointment. The listing clearly stated the apartment was accessible by elevator, located on a single level, and suitable for wheelchair users—plus it promised three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a balcony, DVD player, and sound system. Upon arrival, we discovered the elevator only went partway, requiring us to climb steep stairs. The unit actually had only two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a makeshift sleeping area on an open mezzanine floor that anyone could see. There was no balcony, no DVD player, no sound system. When we asked about the situation, the host admitted the heating was broken and we’d need to be moved—but there was no prior notice or explanation about the stairs involved. As a group of friends, one of us has mobility issues, making movement extremely difficult. We were only offered partial refund after questioning them, which came too late—we couldn’t return to rest in the afternoon as planned. Worse still, they accused me of wanting a huge discount without understanding the circumstances, then blamed me for not mentioning accessibility needs. If the property was advertised as fully accessible and on one level, why would we feel the need to bring it up? I truly believe they would have just charged us more for a larger room and kept the difference. What really hurt was being blamed instead of being given basic courtesy or clear communication. The place itself was also poorly maintained—dirty, disorganized, and lacking care. I cannot recommend this accommodation to anyone. A terrible experience overall.
