It's conveniently located near public transport, making it easy to explore Chennai without hassle. The neighborhood is lively with plenty of local eateries nearby, which added to the overall experience. Staff were polite and helpful whenever I needed anything. Staying at Treebo Pechis Castle in Chennai was an absolutely fantastic experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the metro, making it easy to explore the city. The staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality, and I especially want to thank Mr. Anbu for his incredible support throughout my entire stay. He made everything smooth and stress-free. The breakfast was delicious and well-prepared, offering a great start to each day. Clean rooms, friendly atmosphere, and excellent value—all of which make this hotel a top choice in Chennai. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us with carrying our bags to the room and offering great support throughout our stay. That said, a few amenities we expected weren’t available, which was disappointing. We managed to get by, but ultimately decided to check out the very next day—despite originally planning to stay longer. The hotel itself is decent and well-maintained, but missing some key features we had hoped for. It’s a solid option if you’re looking for a no-frills stay, just be aware of what’s not included.

I stayed at Treebo Fourth Avenue for a quick weekend trip and was genuinely impressed. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the metro station and surrounded by great local eateries. The room was spotless, with fresh linens, clean bathrooms, and modern touches that made it feel much more spacious than expected. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They even assisted with arranging a ride to my next destination, which was incredibly thoughtful. For a brief stay in Chennai, this hotel offers unbeatable value. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city on a budget or looking for comfort without the hassle.

I stayed at Itsy Hotels Deluxe Inn in Chennai and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and offers a comfortable stay with basic but functional amenities. What stood out the most was the convenient location—just a short walk from the shopping center, making it easy to grab some local treats or do some quick shopping. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to ensure we felt welcome. They even offered a small complimentary gift, which was a nice touch. Great value for money, and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Chennai. It’s a great base for exploring the city.

The property has potential, but my stay was quite disappointing. The room wasn’t properly cleaned—stained sheets and cigarette butts on the floor were especially concerning, especially since it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The shower didn’t work at all, which made basic comfort difficult. To make matters worse, the elevator was out of service, so we had to walk up several flights of stairs. Staff seemed untrained and lacked basic customer service skills—responses were slow and unfriendly. Overall, this place really needs a full renovation and better staff management. If improvements aren’t made soon, it’s hard to see how this hotel can compete with others in the area. Definitely not something I’d recommend without major changes.

We stayed for two nights with our family of three, and the entire experience was outstanding. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and accommodating—our request for an early check-in was honored with just a small fee. The triple room with three beds was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our needs. Breakfast was satisfying with a good variety of options, and the service throughout the stay was consistently warm and attentive. From start to finish, everything felt seamless and welcoming. This place truly exceeded our expectations. I’d definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay in Chennai.

The overall stay was excellent, especially the cleanliness of the room—right from the moment we walked in, it felt fresh and well-maintained. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, offering simple but satisfying options that were perfect to start the day. The location is convenient, just a short metro ride from the city center, and there are plenty of local eateries nearby for dinner. Staff were friendly and responsive, making check-in and any requests hassle-free. It's a great value choice for both business travelers and tourists looking for a clean, comfortable base in Chennai.

My stay at Treebo Eco Stay Nandanam in Chennai was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm and friendly service. The location is perfect—just a short walk from local attractions and public transit, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, especially the bed—it’s one of the best sleeps I’ve had on my travels. I really enjoyed the breakfast spread: fresh, flavorful, and full of local touches like spicy samosas and steaming dosas. The view from the window was peaceful and refreshing, adding to the relaxing vibe. What stood out most was how attentive and caring the management was—they went the extra mile to make sure everything was just right. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this place offers excellent value and a genuinely homely experience. Highly recommend!

The hotel's location was excellent—easy to find and just a short ride from the airport. The taxi driver knew the landmark mentioned in the address right away, which made getting there stress-free. Our family stayed here, and we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essentials we needed. It’s clear the team takes pride in their service and attention to detail. For families looking for a convenient, welcoming place to stay in Chennai, this is a top choice. We’d definitely come back and recommend it without hesitation.

The stay was extremely disappointing. The air conditioning in both rooms we were assigned—room 204 and later room 406—was completely non-functional, making the rooms uncomfortably hot throughout our visit. What made it worse was the lack of ceiling fans in any of the rooms to help with airflow, which would’ve at least provided some relief. We reported the issue immediately upon arrival and were moved to a different room, but the problem persisted. There was no effort from staff to address or even acknowledge the ongoing discomfort. Poor maintenance and lack of basic amenities like fans make this a very hard recommendation. If you're looking for a comfortable place to rest, especially in a hot climate like Chennai, this property falls far short.

Staying at Ktdc Rain Drops Hotel was an absolute delight! The food at the restaurant truly stood out—especially the Onam Sadhya, which offered an incredible variety of traditional dishes that were both flavorful and authentic. The service was outstanding from start to finish; staff members were polite, attentive, and even checked in after our meal to make sure everything was perfect. That little extra touch made the whole experience feel personal and warm. The hotel’s location is also convenient for exploring nearby attractions, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. Definitely a place I’d return to without hesitation.
