I was utterly exhausted, so I just asked for a towel and called it a night without requesting a room change. The next day, I mentioned it to the front desk, and they responded immediately—by afternoon, my room was completely refreshed, fully stocked, and spotless. It’s clear they take guest feedback seriously and act fast. Despite the initial hiccup, the follow-up made all the difference. For comfort, convenience, and value, I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Cancun.
