Even though it’s not located in the main hotel zone, that actually worked in our favor—quieter and more peaceful, which was exactly what we wanted since we planned to just enjoy the resort facilities without venturing far. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food quality was consistently good—plenty of options, delicious meals, and drinks included. We truly relaxed, recharged, and left feeling refreshed. It felt like a perfect escape from everyday life. Definitely a place I’d return to and recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free, enjoyable getaway.

I was utterly exhausted, so I just asked for a towel and called it a night without requesting a room change. The next day, I mentioned it to the front desk, and they responded immediately—by afternoon, my room was completely refreshed, fully stocked, and spotless. It’s clear they take guest feedback seriously and act fast. Despite the initial hiccup, the follow-up made all the difference. For comfort, convenience, and value, I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Cancun.

Cancun Blue Airport
From the moment we arrived, it was clear the property was in poor condition. We had planned to use it just for sleeping, but things quickly went downhill. When asking about private parking, staff simply told us to park on the street in front of the hotel. Our room was on the second floor, and accessing it meant climbing a narrow, shaky staircase—very unsafe with kids in tow. Once inside, we were shocked by how different the actual room looked compared to the photos online: dirty, poorly maintained, with stained walls and no toilet seat in the bathroom. The door didn’t close properly—there was a gap of about 3 inches at the bottom, making it easy for pests to enter. We asked to switch rooms, but were met with an unhelpful attitude and told that only one room was available. Unfortunately, since our booking was non-refundable, we couldn’t request a refund. Overall, this was a terrible experience and definitely not something I’d recommend or repeat.
