We didn’t have high expectations, but this hotel turned out to be perfect for a family road trip. The parking garage is right next door, though spaces are limited—so definitely book your spot when reserving the room. Upon arrival, we parked briefly, checked in at the front desk, picked up the remote for the garage, dropped off our bags, drove in, parked, and walked straight back into the hotel—super smooth. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there are several supermarkets and takeout restaurants nearby. Getting to Schönbrunn Palace and the city center is easy via public transit—just a 5-6 minute walk to the U1 subway station. The breakfast restaurant is cozy and the food is solid, so I’d highly recommend booking with breakfast included. Overall, an excellent choice that exceeded our expectations.

Staying at Lenas Donau Hotel was a great experience! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing night. What stood out most was the convenient location: right outside the tram stop for line 25, making it super easy to get around Vienna without needing transfers. Just a short walk away, you’ll find a Billa supermarket and a McDonald’s, so grabbing snacks or essentials is hassle-free. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this hotel offers excellent value with its central spot and easy access to public transport. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Vienna.

While there wasn’t air conditioning in the room, a small ventilation fan helped keep things comfortable during the warmer hours of the night. It’s a great choice for travelers who value convenience and a smooth arrival experience. Overall, a solid stay with excellent value for money.

Our unit had been partially renovated—especially the bathroom and kitchen—which made daily living more comfortable. However, out of the two bedrooms, only one had a mattress suitable for a good night's sleep; the other felt too firm and uncomfortable. While the overall rating is modest at 6 out of 10, considering Vienna’s high cost of living, the price-to-value ratio is actually quite fair. It’s a solid option if you're looking for a budget-friendly stay in a central location without compromising too much on basic comfort.

Located just outside the city center, it's still very convenient thanks to its proximity to a subway station—just a few minutes away by train. I really appreciated the bed setup, which is uncommon in Europe: it offers a sense of separation from the surroundings, making it feel more private and cozy. The room comes with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, which is perfect for travelers who want to cook their own meals or prefer a bit more independence. The only downside was that towels weren’t provided, even though they’re shown in the photos on the platform—this was a bit misleading. Overall, despite that small issue, the stay was acceptable, especially for travelers prioritizing value and location over luxury. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done.

Right on the ground floor, there’s a fast-food spot and a decent-sized supermarket, so all daily essentials are easily accessible. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—when I mentioned a slight odor in my initial room, they immediately arranged a room change with no hassle. I also appreciated the complimentary milk and coffee available in the lobby, which was a nice touch, especially during colder months. The room itself is well-equipped with a kitchenette including an oven and microwave, ideal for self-catering. Cleanliness was excellent—no issues at all. The interior design feels warm and inviting, creating a cozy, home-like atmosphere. Overall, this was an outstanding stay. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and value.

I've stayed at NH hotels before, and this one definitely lives up to the reputation.
