The fitness center is compact but well-maintained with modern equipment. It’s a bit chilly without heating, so adding warmth would definitely enhance comfort. All in all, this hotel offers excellent value for money and is a solid choice for travelers visiting Moscow.

Our stay at Sadovnicheskaya City Center was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we were informed there was no room available for our reservation—despite having confirmed online. We were eventually assigned a different, older room with minimal cleanliness and outdated furnishings. The luggage wasn’t delivered until nearly an hour after check-in, and we were charged a fine of 7,500 rubles for the delay. This is completely unacceptable. While the hotel’s location is convenient for getting around Moscow via metro, the lack of basic service reliability and poor communication made the experience frustrating. We expected better from a place charging this rate. I won’t be returning, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

What truly stood out was the flexibility with check-in and check-out times—our room was ready at 11:00 AM (instead of the advertised 2:00 PM), and we were able to check out as late as 1:30 PM (originally 12:00 PM). Huge thanks to the front desk team for their kindness and professionalism. Their attention to detail made our stay so much more enjoyable.
