The hotel's location is unbeatable—right on the beach with stunning ocean views just steps from our room. There are two pools—one designed for adults and another family-friendly option—both well-maintained and perfect for relaxing. Dining and drinks are reasonably priced, offering great value without compromising on quality. Everything about this place feels consistent and reliable, making it a top choice for repeat visits. We highly recommend it and can't wait to come back again.

Our stay at Victoria Park Regency was absolutely fantastic. It's a no-frills kind of place, but honestly, that's exactly what we wanted—simple, clean, and well-equipped. We appreciated the quiet environment—no noise disturbances at all, which made for a peaceful night's sleep. Communication with the staff was smooth and responsive whenever needed. Plus, walking to Las Olas is a pleasant 25-minute stroll, and you can reach Publix or Dunkin' in just about 12 minutes. Everything you need is right here, and the location is super convenient. Definitely a place I’d come back to without hesitation.

While I did encounter a less-than-welcoming attitude from a morning shift staff member when I inquired about an unexpected parking charge on my card, the management stepped in promptly and offered to cover all charges—this turn-around really made up for the initial hiccup. Overall, the service, location near the marina, and value for money are outstanding. It’s ideal for travelers looking to catch a cruise or explore Fort Lauderdale. Highly recommend this property.

We stayed for just two nights, but the villa exceeded our expectations based on the photos and pleasantly surprised us with its neighborhood location. Everything was clean and in working order, making the stay very comfortable. The host was attentive and provided clear, helpful access instructions. The only minor note is that the dining table is a bit small and located directly under the air vent, so it can get a bit chilly during meals. However, this tiny detail didn’t affect our overall experience at all. The property offers great value and we’d definitely recommend it to others looking for a quiet, well-maintained retreat in Fort Lauderdale.

The Avi Lux Stay is a fantastic choice if you're looking for a quiet yet well-connected spot in Fort Lauderdale. The place was clean, quiet, and well-located, making it a convenient option for a short stay. The kitchen and living area were spacious and functional, with a TV for entertainment—perfect for relaxing after a long day. However, the mattress was extremely soft and had noticeable sagging, almost like sleeping on a hammock. There were no coil springs—just visible, worn-out springs that made the bed feel unstable and uncomfortable. I actually considered staying longer, but the poor mattress caused back pain by morning. If you're not sensitive to bedding quality, this could work out fine. But if comfort is a priority, you might want to reconsider. Overall, decent for the price, but the mattress really holds it back.
