Perfect for a family getaway! We stayed in a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite that comfortably accommodated our family of four. The room was incredibly well-equipped—washing machine and dryer combo, ample closet space with plenty of hangers, a full kitchen including oven, microwave, complete cookware (pots, pans, utensils, cutting boards), and even a dishwasher. They even stocked vitamin C supplements—such a thoughtful touch for families. The lobby area is fantastic too: board games, coffee machine, and tea service make it a great spot for kids to relax while parents unwind. Location-wise, everything we needed was within walking distance—just 1.1 km to St. Mary’s Cathedral, Hyde Park, and the Australian Museum. A supermarket is about 800 meters away, perfect for grabbing fresh fruit or snacks. And during Christmas, they surprised us with candy and festive socks—so sweet and memorable! If we ever return to Sydney, this will be our top choice again.

The bathroom offered strong, consistent hot water, though the tiles were a bit slippery during showers—adding non-slip mats would make it even safer. Breakfast at the second-floor buffet was outstanding: generous portions, fresh options, and great variety. What really stood out was the excellent soundproofing—no noise from the street or neighboring rooms, making for a peaceful night’s rest. As a member of the platform’s elite tier, I appreciated the no-checkout inspection, which added a nice touch of exclusivity. Overall, this is a top-tier hotel with exceptional service and comfort. Each meal exceeded expectations. The combination of prime location, elegant design, exceptional service, and outstanding dining made this trip unforgettable. This hotel is actually more beautiful at night than during the day! Every time I returned to my room, I felt like stepping into a charming vintage space—so cozy and full of character. The area around the hotel was undergoing construction, so lower-floor rooms had limited views, but upgrading to an 11th-floor room (an extra $50 USD per night) was totally worth it. The balcony offered a perfect view of the iconic Harbour Bridge, even if it looked small from afar—it felt intimate and special. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: just 15 minutes by train to Circular Quay, same for Pitt Street Mall, and trams and buses are all within a 5-minute walk. The staff were incredibly attentive—every request was handled with care, and on a hot day, they even brought chilled water without being asked. From front desk to the main entrance team, everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely friendly. It made our stay not just comfortable, but truly memorable. I’ll definitely be back!

Staying at Hyatt Regency Sydney was absolutely perfect! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from Darling Harbour, with the aquarium and waterfront attractions easily reachable in just 3 to 5 minutes. Getting into the Sydney CBD (like Queen Victoria Building) is also super convenient. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Even though I didn’t request daily room cleaning, they still tidied up my room each day, which was thoughtful. If you prefer not to have this service, you can simply let them know—it’s no problem at all. My room had an incredible view of Darling Harbour, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I could enjoy peace and quiet even during busy times. That said, since it was winter in August, Sydney got quite chilly. While the lobby was warm and cozy, the room’s air conditioning couldn’t quite deliver the warmth I wanted—the temperature stayed between 18–20°C throughout our stay. It would’ve been ideal if it could be adjusted to a more comfortable 23–25°C. But honestly, that’s the only small downside I can think of. Everything else was outstanding—this was truly a flawless stay!
