Arriving at the hotel, we were immediately disappointed by the unfriendly front desk staff. The room was directly facing the street, with windows so dirty that it was nearly impossible to see outside. Despite being advertised as a non-smoking property, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke—so intense that we checked out after just five minutes and paid extra for a new hotel. The location is far from downtown New Orleans, making it inconvenient for tourists. As a young couple, we found this stay extremely unsatisfying and not worth the price. It would be completely impractical for families too. Overall, a very disappointing experience with no redeeming qualities.

The only minor quirk is that you need to select your floor from the lobby elevator panel before entering; once inside, there’s no option to press additional floors—something to note but not a dealbreaker. Location-wise, it's perfect if you're attending a convention or exploring the French Quarter. Everything is within walking distance, and public transit access is convenient. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the overall experience felt seamless. I’d definitely stay here again—especially with how easy the booking process was through the platform.
