Staying at Hotel Tiffany by Fassbind in Geneva was an absolute delight. The front desk staff were incredibly patient and helpful—answering every question with a warm, calm demeanor, which instantly put me at ease. The vintage-style elevator is a true gem: small, cozy, and safe for just one or two guests—feels like stepping into a timeless story. The room itself was beautifully decorated with a warm, inviting atmosphere, and the mattress was perfect—just right for a deep, restful sleep. Breakfast was outstanding: fresh, abundant, and varied each day. The young servers were always busy, slightly serious but clearly dedicated and professional. This hotel delivers charm, comfort, and genuine hospitality in every detail. A standout experience I’d happily return to.

The location is excellent: just a short walk from the iconic Jet d'Eau, and everything else in the city center is easily accessible. What really stood out was the complimentary Geneva public transit pass provided during our stay—no need to worry about transportation costs or navigating the system. It made exploring the city effortless and enjoyable. From cleanliness to convenience, every detail was thoughtfully done. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Geneva—it’s a true gem with outstanding value.
Hôtel Résidence Parc des Eaux Vives
We stayed at this hotel for two nights with our two dogs, and the experience was absolutely unforgettable. Didier greeted us with incredible warmth and professionalism—truly outstanding service. I asked him to prepare something for 6 PM, and he delivered it right on time. Even more impressive, he brought my Uber Eats order along with plates and utensils (since the restaurant was closed at that time)—so thoughtful and convenient! The next morning, I requested a room breakfast because my doctor was visiting, and although the hotel doesn’t normally offer this service, they kindly accommodated me. Thierry delivered the breakfast with complete discretion, placing it in the living area without any disturbance. Special thanks also go to Louise for handling my order with care. From start to finish, every detail was handled with attention and kindness. The atmosphere is peaceful, the staff goes above and beyond, and the pet-friendly policy makes it perfect for travelers like us. I can’t recommend this place enough—thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Wishing you a joyful holiday season and many wonderful moments ahead!

Even though we arrived late and the hotel parking was full, the staff was incredibly helpful—my driver was smoothly directed to a nearby parking lot, and they even reserved a spot for us the next day. That kind of thoughtful service really stood out. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from the city center, with excellent access to public transit and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the little touches like complimentary beverages and a hot water dispenser—small details that make a big difference. The overall value for money is outstanding. I stayed at Residence - Cityzen - Geneve for a business trip, and it was an excellent choice. The apartment was incredibly well-equipped with everything I needed—towels, kitchenware, and even a coffee machine. It made my stay so much more comfortable and convenient. The location is unbeatable—right next to Cornavin Train Station, making travel in and around Geneva effortless. I’d definitely return here on future trips.
