Absolutely fantastic location and spotless cleanliness—this place truly lives up to the 10/10 rating. I was just steps away from the city center, with easy access to public transit, great dining options, and local shops. The room was immaculate, with a fresh, welcoming atmosphere and top-notch amenities. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed—from the comfortable bed to the perfectly clean bathroom. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The location is perfect—just a short walk from St. Paul's Church and super convenient if you're heading to Oktoberfest/Wiesn. The staff were friendly and communicated clearly throughout our stay. I especially appreciated the free luggage storage, which made our arrival and departure so much easier, especially since we arrived early and left late. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a nice balance of style and functionality. It’s rare to find such great value in Munich, and this place delivers on every front. If you're visiting Munich for the festival season or just want a reliable, well-located base, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommend it!

I only stayed one night at the hotel for a business trip, but I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional service. The staff member on April 3rd, 2023, stood out in particular—so helpful, attentive, and professional. Even though it was past 2 a.m., she kindly prepared a lunch pack for the next day based on my request—something I’ve rarely experienced before. The photo speaks for itself. Located right in the heart of Munich, the hotel is incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Public transport is just steps away, and everything feels within reach. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Munich. Keep up the fantastic work!

One of my favorite things was looking out the window and seeing kids running and playing near the school right behind the hotel—such a joyful, lively atmosphere. That said, if your booking doesn’t include breakfast, be sure to bring some snacks or plan ahead. There aren’t many dining options nearby, especially on weekends when many places are closed. Without a little preparation, you might find yourself hungry. Overall, though, this is a great value for money choice in central Munich—perfect for travelers who prioritize location, comfort, and a quiet, welcoming vibe.
