This hotel is incredibly affordable—likely because we struck up a friendly chat with our taxi driver, who helped us secure a great rate. It’s perfectly located right in the heart of Agra, making it super easy to explore nearby attractions like the Taj Mahal. The manager, Ashish Sen, was outstanding—he spoke excellent English and even arranged a cheaper ride back to New Delhi airport for us. But what really blew us away was the morning tea and toast he personally brought to our room. Honestly, the best I’ve ever had—rich, warm, and perfectly balanced. If you’re visiting Agra, this place offers more than just a good night’s sleep; it delivers genuine hospitality that stays with you long after check-out.

The property didn't live up to expectations. The actual condition of the hotel is far from what was shown in the photos—there's a big gap between the advertised images and reality. While the location near Idgah Railway Station makes it convenient for getting around Agra, especially for visiting the Taj Mahal, the overall quality of the stay was disappointing. Staff service was minimal, and the room upkeep left much to be desired. For the price, I expected better value and hygiene standards. Would not recommend unless you're looking for a budget option with very limited comfort.
