This was my first stay in India, and Hablis Chennai exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is incredibly close to the airport—just a short ride away—and the transportation options are super convenient, whether by taxi or metro. I appreciated how clean and well-maintained the rooms were; hygiene standards were impressive for a place in this region. The breakfast spread was generous and varied, with both local and international options that tasted fresh and delicious. Another highlight was the luggage storage service—I could drop off my bags before heading out to explore the city without worrying about carrying heavy suitcases around. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Overall, it’s a fantastic value-for-money option with a great location and excellent service. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chennai.

Staying at The Accord Metropolitan Hotel in Chennai was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out—especially Jayashree at the front desk, who went above and beyond with her warmth and attention to detail. The hotel’s commitment to accessibility is impressive; ramps, elevators, and thoughtfully designed rooms make it truly welcoming for guests with mobility needs. Located right in the heart of the city, it’s a short walk to restaurants, shops, and local attractions—perfect for exploring without needing a car. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with everything we needed. The dining options were fantastic too—the Royal Indian restaurant delivered exceptional vegetarian dishes that were both flavorful and authentic. Everything about this stay felt seamless: comfort, cleanliness, convenience, and care. It’s rare to find a 5-star experience that checks every box so thoroughly. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chennai.

Staying at Upar Hotels - T Nagar in Chennai was an excellent experience overall. The hotel is just a short walk from Pondy Bazaar Shopping Area, making it super convenient for exploring local markets and grabbing some retail therapy. I enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast — varied, tasty, and well-prepared. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Special shoutout to Floor Supervisor Sridhar — he went above and beyond to assist me with everything, and the rest of the team were equally warm and professional. The property is well-maintained, clean, and offers a comfortable stay. The only minor downside was the spring mattress, which felt a bit too firm for my taste. Still, despite that small issue, the overall experience was outstanding. I’d definitely recommend this hotel — I’d give it a solid 4.5 out of 5 stars.

I was truly impressed with my stay at The Pride Fort in Chennai. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-designed, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. I especially appreciated the strong sense of safety, which made me feel secure as a solo female traveler. My belongings were always safe, and the restaurant served hygienic, fresh, and delicious meals. It’s rare to find such a combination of comfort, safety, and quality food in one place. This hotel stands out for its thoughtful service and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to friends and family.

Crescent Park Hotel offers a surprisingly comfortable stay in a quiet yet conveniently located business district of Chennai. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the hotel’s central position makes it ideal for both business travelers and tourists exploring the city. I was initially assigned room 204 upon late-night check-in—definitely avoid this one. It felt worn out and outdated. The next morning, I was moved to room 209, which woke me up to natural sunlight and fresh air—a huge improvement! The staff truly make the difference here. Prem and Shyam, the room attendants, are genuinely kind and always ready to help with any issue. Santosh at front desk was professional and welcoming. Breakfast was just average—not much to get excited about—but the surrounding area has excellent dining options, so that’s a major plus. Don’t worry about language barriers—even if you don’t speak Tamil, the housekeeping team speaks Hindi, and front desk staff are fluent in both Hindi and English. TV channels are plentiful, though I’d love to see Star Sports 1 in English next time instead of Tamil, as I don’t understand the language. Overall, it’s a solid value-for-money experience. The hospitality and attentiveness of the team really elevate the stay.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from Vadapalani Metro Station, making it easy to explore Chennai without relying on taxis. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, with reliable Wi-Fi that worked well throughout our stay—perfect for staying connected or streaming content. While the overall layout and comfort were great, cleanliness could use some improvement. We noticed a few areas, like the desk and bathroom surfaces, needed more attention during housekeeping. Still, considering the location, value for money, and ease of access to public transport, this is a solid choice for travelers looking for a hassle-free stay in central Chennai.

Located in a bustling market area, Hotel Aruna International offers unbeatable convenience with everything nearby—great for exploring local flavors and shopping. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and feels very welcoming. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Every single detail was perfect—from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from T Nagar, making it easy to explore shopping, dining, and local attractions. The room was clean, well-appointed, and had a calm, elegant vibe that made it feel like a true retreat. The staff went above and beyond with their friendly and efficient service. No need to worry about anything—everything was thoughtfully taken care of. It’s rare to find such a peaceful yet central spot with this level of comfort and quality. Highly recommended for travelers who value simplicity, convenience, and a relaxing stay. I’ll definitely be returning.

Had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—especially the bed, which made for a restful night's sleep. Noise insulation is great, so it stayed quiet even during the evening. Located just a short ride from the city center, it’s easy to explore nearby attractions. There are plenty of dining options around, making it convenient for meals. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I’d definitely recommend this place and plan to stay here again.

Had an excellent stay at The Dolphin Park Hotel – truly a hidden gem in Virugambakkam. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly comfortable for the price. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, with friendly and attentive service throughout our visit. I was especially impressed by the quality of the food – fresh, flavorful, and generously served. Even though the hotel is a bit off the main tourist trail, it’s conveniently located near public transport, making day trips easy. My stay at Saaral Residency was absolutely excellent. Located right in the heart of Chennai, it's incredibly convenient for exploring the city—just a short walk to local attractions and public transport. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly comfortable for the price. The food served at the hotel was fresh and satisfying, making it easy to enjoy meals without leaving the property. I was pleasantly surprised to find a spa facility on-site—perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. Despite its great value and quality, this hotel is seriously underrated. If you're looking for a reliable, budget-friendly option with genuine hospitality and a central location, Saaral Residency is definitely worth considering.

This was my second stay at Hotel Southern Comfort, and I’m happy to say the experience lived up to my expectations. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the metro station and surrounded by great local eateries. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with friendly staff who went the extra mile. One downside was the lunch menu at the on-site restaurant—it felt overpriced for what you get. Also, some of the dining staff kept asking for tips after the bill, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. That said, these minor issues didn’t take away from the overall positive impression. If you’re looking for a reliable, no-frills hotel in Chennai with good value and convenient access, this place is definitely worth considering.
